Following our assessment of the vertical columns and proposal to clad each column, we undertook the work on 06/11/2025, and installed a poly-vinyl cladding to the face of each of the 5 columns separating the windows to the south of Suite 5.
After completion of the cladding installation, the down-pipes were refitted, and the concrete lintel running across and above all of the windows, was repainted in an exterior gloss white.
